MESSAGE OF DIRECTOR
Self assessment is a
tool that provides a critical analysis of performance toward one’s
own goal. It helps to achieve capacity building, better team
performance and organizational goal. The Centre had a tradition that
every year a group leader present annual progress and promise future
plan for the next year. This has been continued for many years but
this year it was proposed that progress made last year should be
documented and I am thankful to my colleagues who spent day and
night to make this happen. I like to express my sincere gratitude to
my colleagues and friends, my students who worked tirelessly to
contribute to success of this task.
