The 15th meeting of the Finance and Planning Committee of the Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB) was held at the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Regional Centre, Lahore, on August 5, 2026.

During the meeting, various finance-related matters concerning CEMB were deliberated upon and agreed upon. The Committee also reviewed the progress of the Centre’s ongoing mega development projects, including the establishment of the Clean Room cGMP Facility.

In addition to the routine financial agenda, the Committee held detailed deliberations on the long-term financial sustainability and strategic financial planning of the Centre. HEC team appreciated the prudent financial management and corrective measures undertaken by the present CEMB management to strengthen the Centre’s financial position.
