TEST AND SERVICES BY GENETIC SCREENING LAB
COMMERCIAL SERVICES
The Genetic Screening Lab is divided into two sections:
- The Research section is focused on exploring the genetic and epigenetic aspects of multifactorial, non-communicable, and highly prevalent diseases such as COPD, Asthma, Breast Cancer, and Lung Cancer. The primary goal of identifying genetic markers/variants associated with diseases such as COPD, Asthma, Breast Cancer, and Lung Cancer is to enable early diagnosis of the genetic predisposition before the symptoms develop, which may also lead to targeted therapies/supplementary therapies for patients with specific risk haplotypes.
- The Sequencing and Genotyping section of the Lab facilitates researchers/clinicians/oncologists for Long-read sequencing, Sanger Sequencing, Genotyping, and SNP Typing of their samples.
