14th Aug. 2026—The 79th anniversary of the Independence of Pakistan was celebrated at the Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology, University of the Punjab (CEMB-PU), with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit.

The flag-hoisting ceremony was performed by Director CEMB, Prof. Moazur Rahman, in the presence of faculty and staff members. A special dua was offered for the peace, prosperity, and progress of Pakistan, as well as the continued success and development of CEMB-PU. A Quran Khwani was also held. The event concluded with refreshments served to all participants.
